Programmes of work - English dept.

Programmes of work and choices of material will be decided to meet the interests and needs of the group of pupils concerned. These are likely to include:

* literature / text based units
* theme based units
* writing in a variety of forms
* group discussion
* giving short talks
* close reading (interpretation)
* personal reading programmes
