The Home Economics Department were raising money for the World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) on Thursday 24th May.

We would like to thank all staff and pupils for wearing the colour of their favourite fruit or vegetable and donating £1.
Money raised goes towards cancer research and education programmes promoting prevention of cancer through healthy diets and lifestyles.

Participants received a Fruity Friday sticker, with may differnt prizes being handed out.

Home Economics pupils are also thanked for collecting donations.
Fruity Friday is part of WCFR National Cancer Prevention Week.
