19 Feb 2007 - S4 - Exam Preparation Day
All S4 were laughing in the face of exams today with help from The Tree of Knowledge Group.The pupils attended workshops at the local Wellington Church halls.
Overview
This is the premier course for the upper school and is designed to help students prepare for exams. The Laugh in the Face of Exams session equips students with tools and techniques to cope better with the pressures of sitting exams.
This interactive workshop aims to
::adopt a more positive attitude
::learn to deal with stress
::aim high to improve results
::understand the importance of emotions in learning
::set goals for the future

Feedback from our S4 was very positive. They certainly gave credit to the skills of the presenters and enjoyed all the tasks.
