26 Jan 2007 - S1 - THE BIG HUSH

S1 were invited to HUSH a bit to help raise funds for Macmillan.

Pupils had to hold their tongue (as it were) for at least 50 minutes during lessons.

Most enjoyed a period of silent reading in English, although other subject were keen to promote the sponsored silence too!

A third of S1 took part, although two thirds had expressed initial interest!
-cat must have got their tongue!

The total as at 20th March is over £500. The class raising the most cash will get a tin of choccies! So c'mon get your sponsors in!
