17 Mar 2008 - Easter Treat Week

Since Thursday 13th March the Home Economics Department have been having an Easter holiday treat.

All pupils in practical cookery classes are having the opportunity to participate in Easter baking. S1 will be making Spicey Easter Biscuits and S2 will be making Easter Chocolate Marble Ring Cake.

Senior pupils will be making a variety of Easter cakes.

 

Pupils not wishing to celebrate Easter may make plain biscuits and cakes or decorate them for another celebration.

 

 

S1and S2 presently in Fabric classes had the opportunity to make Shortbread and Christmas Chocolate Marble Ring Cake in December.

  Pupils may provide their own decorations or purchase a chick and label from their teacher.
