22 Feb 2008 - Home Economics Masterclass in Cake Decorating

A group of S3 pupils will be taking part in a 'Cake Decorating Masterclass' on Friday 29th February.

This class  will be given by Evelyn Hogarth from Top Tier designer cakes.

The pupils will watch a demonstration of different cake decoration techniques before being let loose to creat their own masterpiece.
